How we work, step by step.
Every project follows the same arc — we just adjust the depth at each step depending on scale and scope.
A short, focused call (or two). We listen first — what kind of night, who’s coming, what does success feel like, what’s the budget envelope. By the end you have a written brief we both agree on.
02. Design & Proposal
We come back with a treatment: venue options, design direction, talent shortlist, production approach, and a costed run-sheet. Nothing fluffy — the kind of document you can actually make decisions from.
03. Production & Delivery
Sign-off, build, rehearse, run. You get a single project lead, a shared planner, weekly check-ins, and a calm, well-lit night where the only surprise is how good it looked.
